Our mission is to provide life-saving emergency aid, medical assistance, and sustainable, long-term support to Syrian families and communities affected by crisis. We believe in restoring dignity, hope, and fundamental human rights to those who have been displaced or impacted by conflict.
While we deeply appreciate the generosity, we generally do not accept physical items. The logistical costs of shipping physical goods overseas are often much higher than the value of the items themselves. Monetary donations are the most effective way to help, as they allow us to purchase culturally appropriate supplies locally, which stimulates the local economy and speeds up the delivery of aid.
Transparency is our priority. 80% of every donation goes directly toward funding our humanitarian programs on the ground, while the remaining 20% is used for essential administrative and fundraising costs to keep our operations running efficiently.
We maintain strict monitoring and evaluation protocols. Our field teams conduct regular needs assessments, track the distribution of all supplies, and monitor long-term recovery projects.
